Monthly tuition can be paid by cash, check or PayPal. By creating an account on our website, you may subscribe to a recurring monthly subscription through PayPal. If you would like to send a payment without subscribing, we can provide you with our PayPal email address.

As students advance, they must demonstrate their ability to perform what they have learned. During this advancement, family members and friends are encouraged to join us and watch. Testing fees are a part of this process as we spend a lot of time and effort to make it a great experience. Some schools bake these testing fees into monthly dues, this method costs the student more if they do not qualify or if they miss a test. If the student fails a test, there is no second fee. On average, students can expect to test three times per year below red belt and one or two times per year at red belt. Younger students (five and six year olds) generally take longer to prepare for a grading test and may only test once in the first year.

Monthly tuition is due by the 15th of the month. We allow two weeks to schedule payment more conveniently around mortgages or other important bills. We do not charge late fees; however, please talk to us if you will be late in payment. Here are a few extra policies about our dues:

• Students must notify us about switching to Part Time enrollment before the next billing cycle.
• We do not offer refunds for students training during a billing cycle.

You may stop enrollment at any time, but we request that you notify us by phone or email. We understand that interests shift, and are happy as long as the student finds an activity that they can love. Notifying us that a student has decided to stop training lets us know that everyone is safe, healthy and wants to try something new.
