What age to start?
We take children and adults from five years old and above.
How many times per week?
It is recommended that students in the 7+ year old classes train a minimum of two times per week. Younger students, in the five and six year old range, should train once per week.
The next available testing is Saturday, March 16th dressed and on the floor before 9:15 AM.
